Global warming is an environmental disaster: that tends to desynchronize, disrupt and destroy the ecosystem. Which will cause a massive lack of water, vegetation, food ... So an ecological disaster which will reflect as a social disaster, and obviously later on, it will end by being an economic disaster.
- "climate and geopolitical stakes of Cop21", Mister Hervé LETREUT, (Director of the IPSL-Institut Pierre Simon Laplace). climate change is an amplifier of an economic societal threats. It does even influences modern geopolitics, and primarily affecting the least developed countries (migration, access to resources ...)
- "The green governance as a method of government: challenges of Cop22", Mister Yvon PESQUEUX ( Cnam Professor). He explains green governance as a tool to coordinate many types of actors (state, private sector, etc.), then he explains different hypothesis about green governance. In the first one he compared it as a meta-governance that needs to be integrated into liberal economy. In the second one he defined it as a state governance that does work with restrictive issues
