An exchange of innovation and planning perspectives drawing on experience with the Saclay/Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines OIN (Operation of National Interest), in the new Urban Living Lab (ULL) of Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines. It also explores the challenges of "green car" design and "carbon neutral" vehicles, open data to accelerate innovation, start-ups and SMEs development.
