Souhaïla KADIRI is a young researcher at the end of doctoral studies in development economics (UVSQ-IRD) with a thesis on the evaluation of economic development strategies in the tourism sector: “A system of sustainable development indicators associated with a consultative territorial approach to stakeholders”. This is an application of sustainable development principles (participatory management, social equity, economic viability, ecological managment, and research on sustainable development indicators) in the tourism sector. She has a Master of Research in Geography from the University Grenoble I (France, October 2006). She also has knowledge of development strategy specific to a site, followed by sustainable development management, organisation of local interest groups; national, international and regional tourism marketing experience in project management forward planning, managing a team of 10 persons.
