Ibrahima GASSAMA With a background as an economist, Ibrahima Gassama is an analyst for the Office of the Head of Forestry for Quebec. He has a Master in Economics majoring in sustainable development, a Master in Management of Sustainable Development and a certificate in advanced environmental studies. He was co-author of the balance sheet for sustainable forestry planning for Quebec 2000-2008 and participates in the drafting of the Sustainable Forestry Manual for Québec. His thesis work, under the direction of Jean Marc Douguet and Luc Bouthillier, concerns the topic: From sustained productivity to sustainable forestry planning: what governance for Quebec?
