Since January 2013, Borislav is a PhD Fellow with the VéDéCoM Institute, a public-private partnership aiming to help emerge tomorrow’s individual mobility systems. His research concentrates on the economic, ecological and social stakes of new fleets of shared-use electric and connected vehicles for local authorities.
