Flavien TCHAPGA is a professor of economics from the University Paris 13. He specializes in the analysis of electrical reforms. He managed several contributions towards stakeholders and energy sector institutions (AEN-OCDE, IEP{F, GDF)which produced a report on the “Management of funds for dismantling nuclear power stations in OECD countries”. After a post-doctoral stay at the University of Paris 11 from 2002 until 2004, he joined a private establishment for higher learning in 2005, the 12M Sup de Co Caraibes based at Pointe-a-Pitre in Guadeloupe where he initiated and piloted an international symposium on sustainable development in island contexts. His research currently concerns: 1. Energy transition and cooperation, 2.The role of authorities in competition and more generally institutions in the effectiveness of economic reforms. He is involved in the Master 2 Economic Analysis and Risk Management.
