Francesca Nana Duah is a first year Master student in Territorial Management and Local Development at the University Paris-Saclay, France. She is concerned with issues pertaining development especially in Africa. Having studied Philosophy and Sociology, she is also interested in research which will unveil ways to better the societal and governmental systems which become rapidly obsolete due to the impact of technology in the 21^st century. She focuses more on the developing countries especially in part of the world where those societal rules are more theoretical than realities. The question now is how to make the human environment a healthy one where laws are known and observed, so as to insure a better management of a country’s resources.
