Hai BUI NGOC was born in Hanoi, Vietnam in 1984. He graduated the engineering degree from the Hanoi Institute of Polytechnic, Vietnam in 2007 and the Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Grenoble, France in 2012. He currently works at GDF SUEZ, in a partnership between the industrial chair Econoving of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University and GDF SUEZ, on problems of efficiency in energy use for the residential sector. He is interested in power electronics and electrical engineering.
