REEDS will propose a method and vehicle for members to document their project progress, complete their case study outlines, publish updates online and explore a rich range of learning materials developed to meet their needs, in coordination with SERI.
This part B of the roadmap is set out in a structure consistent with the process that REEDS proposes to use in order to guide EJOs inputting together their case studies. We refer here to the INTEGRAAL process for sustainability assessment (see page 9 and following).
By the time members have worked their way through the various steps of sustainability assessment and compiled their case studies as is required by the EJOLT project (WP11), they will have a solid understanding of this process which they can use for future issues or conflicts as they arise. EJOs will build their own in-house knowledge and expertise on relevant scientific methodologies and processes.
Processes (methodologies)
Throughout the process EJOs will be introduced to a number of tools developed by REEDS that they can use for assessment and learning, such as KerDST (deliberation matrix) and the Forest of Brocéliande (for pedagogic resources).
An overview of the main tools used throughout the processes is contained in the summary tables.
Advice
A list of types of advice on how to prepare and conduct the various stages of sustainability assessment is structured and explained in this part B of the roadmap for WP8. Sometimes specific advice may be in the provision of ancillary documents explaining how to do certain things. For example, REEDS can supply documents explaining how to achieve certain outputs (such as online documentation and communication tactics).
Outputs
This relates to documentation and communication. It includes preparing an Overview of the case study to be assessed, working through the Integraal steps outlined in the document mentioned above, to produce project documentation for online teaching resources (in association with REEDS and SERI), feeding the EJOLT site and informing stakeholders/audiences, collecting and reflecting on lessons learned.
