Le premier juin 2012, nous avons accueilli Zhiwei ZHU qui est en formation « Master 2 Médiation des Connaissances Environnementales », comme stagiaire. Il s’est installé dans l’Observation de Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines à Guyancourt pour le projet « CO2 Mega Paris ». Dans le cadre de stage, il va développer ses compétences des approches participatives associées aux connaissances de médiation

The UVSQ and Albion College, Michigan have signed an agreement and are working together to implement two new study options for Albion College Students : a Major in Sustainability Studies for their Bachelor of Arts degree offer as well as a one year course based at the UVSQ culminating in a Certificate of Sustainability Studies.

Ce "Forum pour repenser les rapports Recherche / Société" est la déclinaison au niveau français de la démarche internationale portée depuis plusieurs années par la Fondation Sciences Citoyennes. Ce sera l'occasion de traiter de thèmes comme : la coexistence et la co-construction des savoirs, la responsabilité sociétale des chercheurs, le lien de la recherche avec les mouvements sociaux d'une part, et avec l'éducation et l'enseignement supérieur d'autre part.

UniverSud Paris together with its founders University Paris-Sud, University Versailles Saint-Quentin-en Yvelines, University Evry-Val-d’Essonne, Ecole Centrale Paris, ENS Cachan, launches on January 1st until 31st March 2012, the second call for applications of the European project RBUCE-UP.

An international Symposium on Ecological Debt took place in Paris on November 7th. It gathered international experts on the subject, as well as speakers from different countries. Several members of EJOLT, an international project on Environmental Justice Organisations, Liabilities and Trade in which REEDS participates, were participating, including two keynote speakers : Leida Rijnhout (ANPED) and Esperanza Martinez (Accion Ecologica).
