Urban Living Lab : Territoires d’innovation : le but de ce workshop est de montrer la mise en application de projets innovants dans le cadre de cet Urban Living Lab en collaboration croisée entre Fondaterra, l’université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines via ses laboratoires (REEDS, …) et ses chaires industrielles (Campus Durables, Econoving, Continental).

Several members of REEDS (the project team for EJOLT) attended meetings and presentations in Rio de Janeiro on environmental justice conflicts. The psychological effects on children of environmental destruction was highlighted, as were issues of land-grabbing, uranium mining, oil and gas extraction, waste and ship-breaking, nuclear energy and climate change.

L’UVSQ et Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France ont lancé en 2011 cette chaire dont la mission est la création d’un pôle d’excellence du développement durable des campus universitaires, en termes de recherche, de formation, de médiation des connaissances et enfin d’expertise.

La thèse de Hanène BETTAIEB, sous la direction du professeur Sylvie FAUCHEUX (UVSQ-France) et du professeur Jalledine BEN REJEB (Université de Sousse-Tunisie), a comme objectif de répondre à la quetion comment rationaliser la Consommation d’Energie et la Qualité de Développement Durable à travers une étude de la Relation Croissance Economique-Consommation d’Energie? Répondre à cette question c'est essayer d'utiliser des méthodes économétriques afin d'estimer des élasticités de court et de long terme et, dont le but sera de calculer des prévisions utiles pour l'aide à la décision.

The UVSQ and Albion College, Michigan have signed an agreement and are working together to implement two new study options for Albion College Students : a Major in Sustainability Studies for their Bachelor of Arts degree offer as well as a one year course based at the UVSQ culminating in a Certificate of Sustainability Studies.
